Migration is a hot button topic in many parts of the world. While ignorance is never a defense when one has broken the law, there is no designed course of study where countrymen go to prepare for migration. In fact, migration for millions is simply an escape and last resort.
In 2010, Executive Producer, Racquel Reece under her then company, Advancement Media Production, produced a jaw-dropping documentary featuring the story of one Ruben Simpson, who reportedly was left stateless when his birth country became a mystery.
“I was born in Germany on a U.S. installation.”

After being born on a US installation in Germany, and raised in New Jersey, Ruben was deported to Jamaica - the birthplace of his parents - following the expiration of his sentence in a US detention center.
I assumed that he would become automatically an American.
Ruben's Father stated.
